Meet anthony.

I've always believed dancers are athletes, so they need to train like one.

As both a professional dancer and a certified personal trainer, I've experienced first-hand the physical demands that dance places on the body. Throughout my career, I’ve seen incredibly talented dancers struggle with the execution of skills, not because they lacked training… but because they lacked the strength. That's what inspired me to create STRYDE.

I grew up in El Paso, Texas, where I discovered my passion for dance before earning my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso. Combining my education in exercise science with years of professional dance experience and teaching has given me a unique perspective on performance which bridges the gap between artistry and athleticism.

Today, I perform professionally in Los Angeles while coaching dancers of all ages and levels across the nation. My mission is to help dancers build strength, improve performance, reduce injury risk, and develop confidence through evidence-based training that translates directly to the studio and the stage.

Whether I'm teaching at a studio, working one-on-one with a dancer, or creating online programs, my goal is always the same: to give dancers the tools to move better, perform stronger, and enjoy longer, healthier careers.

Because dancers aren't just artists—they're athletes.

My Approach

At STRYDE, I believe great dancers are built through intentional training, not just repetition.

My approach combines exercise science, biomechanics, and years of professional dance experience to create programs that improve performance while supporting long-term health. Every exercise has a purpose, whether it's building stronger turns, developing explosive power, increasing flexibility, or reducing injury risk.

WHat Sets STRYDE Apart?

Individualized exercises are curated through my movement assessment, which is how I evaluate how your body moves. By identifying strengths, limitations, and movement patterns, I can create training that's specific to your needs. Whether that be more consistent turns, stronger extensions, or more powerful jumps, I will teach you the steps to get you there.
